The trial is free — five users, one month. Tell us what you make, which authority inspects you and roughly how many people need access, and you will have a written quote within a working day. There is no obligation attached to asking, and we will tell you if we are not the right fit.
Four: Deviation Management, CAPA Management, Risk Management, Change Management. Document Management, Training Management, Vendor Management and Audit Management are in build for phase two. We would rather tell you what we have here than have you find out after signing.
They are included in the pro tier. You will be asked to move up a tier to get the full functionality of all the modules.
Yes, and it is a trial rather than a permanent free plan — five users for one month, with all four live modules at full functionality. No payment is required to start it, and nothing is charged when it ends. If you decide not to continue, you can export your data.
Yes. Additional seats can be added to Basic without moving up a tier, so a team that grows past 15 users is not forced into a plan it does not otherwise need.
Your records remain yours. You can export your records and audit trails at any time, and we will provide a full export if you leave. Quality records have retention obligations that outlive any software contract, and a system that holds them hostage is not fit for a regulated business.
MasetraQMS is built to support validated use. Customer Validation itself is performed by you, for your intended use, in your environment — no vendor can validate a system on your behalf, and any vendor claiming otherwise should be treated with caution.
Document Management is a phase-two module, so full document migration comes with it. In the meantime the live modules work alongside your existing documents rather than replacing them — your deviations, CAPAs, risks and changes move into MasetraQMS while your procedures stay where they are.
With four modules rather than eight, less time than you might expect. A small operation with documented procedures can be running in weeks. We would rather scope it honestly with you than quote a number that fits a webpage.
